Napolyon Isikbay founded COMVECS in October of 2022, few months after retiring from Daimler Truck North America (DTNA) as the Director of Vehicle Durability and Reliability Testing Department. After receiving his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree in 1986 from University of Michigan, Napolyon spent early years of his career by performing linear & non-linear structural, dynamic & thermal finite element analysis of commercial vehicle systems, diesel engine components, printed circuit boards and electronic components at different organizations.

For the past 20 years, Napolyon had assumed several leadership roles at DTNA with increasing responsibilities. As a Senior Manager within the DTNA's chassis group, he oversaw the development of industry leading chassis design solutions to meet the EPA 2010, and the Australia ADR 2011 regulatory emission requirements for diesel truck engines. During his 12-year tenure as one of the Directors at DTNA's validation department, he had enhanced the capabilities of the Fuel Economy Testing Group, led a small group of technical staff to design and build state of the art durability test track based on real world road inputs, with close cooperation with colleagues from MB Trucks. He implemented and oversaw the Reliability Growth Operation, which resulted in some of the most reliable vehicle program introductions during DTNA's entire history, resulting in low total cost of ownership for the end customer, and also low warranty exposure for DTNA.

Napolyon is a quality driven executive leader with a proven track record in leading and mentoring diverse group of employees toward accomplishing challenging tasks. He is the recipient of the much coveted "Leadership Excellence Award", in recognition of his contributions to the success of DTNA's engineering department.
